Sales Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain relationships with new and existing clients, receive visiting clients, understand client needs, collect client feedback, assist in product and service improvements, and enhance client satisfaction.
2. Gather industry information, client information, and competitor information, and relay this information to relevant personnel.
3. Understand client project requirements, be responsible for client quotation negotiations, and drive internal efforts to improve the success rate of project bids.
4. Develop client orders, lead and assist the sales manager in resolving issues that arise with orders both within the company and on the client side.
5. Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by the sales manager.
Qualifications:
1. Possess relevant marketing knowledge and skills, and have knowledge related to lithium batteries.
2. Have a CET-4 or higher English proficiency, with strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to use English as a working language.
3. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, adept at handling various interpersonal relationships.
4. Possess quick adaptability and coordination skills.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, and mastery of communication techniques.
